Updating your SMSF Deed with Patricia Holdings is easy. Our SMSF Amendments are drafted by a Trust Law specialist to ensure your deed is up to date and compliant with current regulations and legislation.
If your deed is old and hasn’t been updated in a number of years, or if there have been significant changes to legislation since your last amendment, updating your deed is a generally recommended.
To ensure your Amendment is documented properly we need to review your existing deed. Files can be uploaded during the online order process or if you are ordering your Amendment manually, please send us a copy of your deed with your emailed order form.

How long does it take to update a Superannuation Trust Deed?
For email delivery orders, the Trust Deed and related documentation will generally be emailed to you same day (if ordered by 12pm).
We are able to deliver our full service couriered product to the Sydney metropolitan area within about 6 hours of receiving an order. Orders received before 11am are usually delivered the same day. Documents being sent to Brisbane and Melbourne will be sent by courier or express post and are often delivered the next day (orders must be received by 11am for delivery the next day) and within a couple of days to Perth and regional areas.
